PROJECT /PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Design and Construction of Sewer infrastructure between Kealakehe Wastewater Treatment Plant and Kealakehe Parkway and installation of new Sewage Pump <br />Station at TMK 7 -4- 008:013. <br />11. PROJECT JUSTIFICATION & OUTCOME(5) (List all that apply): Addresses Public Health and Safety, Enhances Quality of Life, provides Service Improvements. Sewer infrastructure from Kealakehe <br />Parkway to Hina Lani Street currently being installed in conjunction with the State DOT's Queen Ka'ahumanu Highway Widening Project - Phase II. Benefits of infrastructure installed in conjunction with <br />the State DOT's project cannot be realized without this second phase of work. <br />12.
