, Os y ,' <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> 1T Of•NP�- <br /> BILL NO. 181 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 10 6 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14, ARTICLE 1, SECTION 14 -2.2 AND <br /> SECTION 14 -2 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS <br /> AMENDED), RELATING TO CONSUMPTION OF INTOXICATING LIQUORS AT <br /> PARKS. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 14, articlel, section 14 -2.2 of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 <br /> (2005 Edition, as amended) is amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 14 -2.2. Intoxicating liquors allowed between the hours of 10:00 a.m. <br /> and 10:00 p.m. <br /> (a) Persons may drink intoxicating liquors in the following public areas or <br /> buildings located thereon between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.: <br /> (1) South Hilo: <br /> (A) Carlsmith Park; <br /> (B) Hilo Senior Center; <br /> (C) James Kealoha Beach Park; <br /> (D) Kolekole Beach Park; <br /> (E) Wai`olena and Wai`uli Beach Parks, except a portion <br /> located between the pavilions and the west end of the <br /> seawall beginning at a point four - tenths of a mile west of <br /> Leleiwi Street and extending three hundred twelve feet in <br /> the westerly direction; <br /> (F) Onekahakaha Beach Park. <br /> (2) North/South Kona: <br /> (A) I- Ionaunau Boat Ramp; <br /> (B) Ho`okena Beach Park; <br /> [(C) - .. <br /> D - .. . : - . - • . ;] <br /> [(€)]n Manini Point; <br /> [(F)](D) Miloli'i Beach Park; <br /> [fG ](n Napo`opo`o Beach Park; <br /> [(u3 •: - - :.. .• ;] <br /> [(I)](DOneo Park. <br /> (3) Kali: <br /> (A) Punalu`u Beach Park; <br /> (B) Whittington Beach Park. <br />
