<br />NAMING OF STREETS IN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, STATE OF HAWAII.

<br />WHEREAS, the Council of the County of Hawaii is authorized to adopt the street names of
<br />unnamed roadways in the County of Hawaii pursuant to Section 22-35, Article 2, Chapter 22,
<br />Hawaii County Code; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its regular meeting of May 15, 1998, approved the
<br />names for the certain unnamed roadways inWaiakeaHeights Subdivision, Units I and II, Waiakea
<br />Homesteads, South Hilo, Hawaii; now therefore,
<br />
<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that said
<br />roadways, as indicated on Exhibit "A" of this Resolution, be named as follows:
