Resolution No. 305 -10 was verbally amended <br />by the Council at the March 2, 2010, Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations Committee. <br />The approved amendments concern the 3 WHEREAS clause, which was amended to read as <br />follows: <br />"WHEREAS, both a [State] Senate Bill (SB 1179) and House Bill (HB 1434) were presented to <br />the twenty -fifth legislature (2009), both related to FTS programs for Hawaii State, and both bills <br />have been carried over to the 2010 Regular Session; and" <br />Comm.
