(3)8-4-011. <br /> <br />BElT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Caunty af Hawaii awns apartian af the aId Hanaunau Raad at <br /> <br />Kumukahi, Hanaunau, Hawaii, identified an the tax maps as Tax Map Key <br /> <br />No. (3)8-4-011, adjacentta the Pu'uhanua 0 ~anaunau Natianal Histaric Park, and as <br /> <br />shawn an attached Exhibit "A"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the raadway was abandaned in 1960 as a public raadway, when the <br /> <br />current Hanaunau Raad was canstructed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the deed fram Bishap Estate to' the Caunty af Hawaii states that the <br /> <br />right-af-way cauld anly be used far raadwaypmpases, and that.at anytime shauld the. <br /> <br />Caunty af Hawaii abandan ar cease to' maintain and use said right-af-way far the pmpase <br /> <br />af a public highway, theIl, and in either case, the estate 'and title canveyed shall revert to' <br />and revest in said Bishap Estate; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Sectian 2-111, Hawaii Caunty Cade, requires that real praperty shall <br /> <br />be dispased af thraugh resalutian approved by a majarity af the Cauncil. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE.IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII, that the Finance Directar is autharized to' dispase af that partian <br />
