The funds for this project are non- <br />federal and are not being used as a match for any other projects. <br />Honu'apo was acquired using a combination of funds from the County of Hawaii, State <br />Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR) and a National Oceanic and <br />Atmospheric Administration Grant (CELCP) awarded to DLNR.
