FROM FULLTIME TO . <br />HALFTIME AND CREATING A HALFTIME COUNCIL AIDE (CA-III) POSITION IN THE OFFICE <br />OF THE COUNTY CLERK. <br /> <br />..... , ' . <br />WHEREAS, the Kona Council Office, a branch of thepfthe Office of the CouiltyClerk, needs to add <br />more flexibility in clerical work scheduling; and . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, to ,accommodate the desired. flexibility, the time element of an existing Council Aide <br />position (#J0035) must be reduced from fuIltime to halftime and a new halftime Council Aide <br />position (CA-III) must be created; and . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed personnel changes will not increase the Council's Salaries and Wages <br />account budget; and .,.. '.' . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, funds are available in the County Council-Services Regular Salaries and Wage <br />account. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />that the time element for Council Aide (CA-III) position number J0035 be reduced from. fuIltime to <br />halftime and a new halftime Council Aide (CA-III) position be created. . . <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funds are available in the Regular Salaries and Wages <br />account of the County Clerk-Council Services. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that copies of this resolution be transmitted to the <br />,Departments of the County Clerk, Finance, and Civil Service. . <br /> <br />Dated at Hilo, Hawaii this 19th day of .
