Ordinance No. 09 -48, as amended, is further amended by amending <br /> Section 7 to read as follows: <br /> "SECTION 7. This ordinance shall take effect [one year alter its approval. <br /> January 1, 2011." <br /> SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken through. Material to be <br /> added is underscored. <br /> SECTION 3. Sevcrability. if any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof <br /> to any person or circumstance, is held invalid. such invalidity does not affect other provisions or <br /> applications of the ordinance which can be given effect Without the invalid provision or <br /> application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are to be severable. <br /> SECTION 4.
