NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in order to comply with Chapter 342G, <br /> Hawai`i Revised Statutes, as amended, the County Council of the County of Hawaii hereby <br /> adopts the Integrated Resources and Solid Waste Management Plan, prepared by CH2MHiII, and <br /> dated December 2009. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Chapter 342G, Hawaii Revised Statutes, <br /> as amended, the County of Hawaii Integrated Resources and Solid Waste Management Plan <br /> shall be submitted to the Office of Solid Waste Management of the State Department of Health. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that copies of this resolution be transmitted to the <br /> Honorable Linda Lingle, Governor, State of Hawaii; Dr. Chiyome L.
