Draft 3, regarding the <br />number of parking spaces for the project. Applicant is proposing to provide up to an additional <br />60% of the required number of spaces in order to address concerns regarding the lack of street - <br />parking. 'lie amendment is as follows (material to he added is underscored). <br />Construction of the proposed development shall be completed within live (5) years <br />from the eflcctiyc date of this ordinance. Prior to construction, the applicant. <br />successors or assigns shall secure Final Plan Approval for the proposed development <br />from the Planning Director in accordance lyith Section 25 -2 -70. Chapter 25 (Zoning <br />('ode), I Ia'yai'1 County Code. Plans shall identify all existing and 'or proposed <br />structures. paved drn eway accesses and parking stalls associated with the proposed <br />development. The applicant shall de\zl(p parking spaces associated with the <br />proposed development in accordance with the required parking spaces pursuant to <br />Sections 25 -4 -51 and 25 -4 -52. Chapter 25 (Zoning Code). Ilawai•t Count Code. In <br />addition, the applicant shall develop additional parking spaces up to a maximum of <br />60 ",, of the required spaces for the total residential units to he built within the <br />proposed development. I.andscaping shall also he indicated on the plans tier the <br />purpose 01 mitigating any adverse noise or visual impacts to adjacent properties in <br />accordance with the requirements of Planning Department's Rule No. 17 <br />(Landscaping Requirements).
