<br />-------~-~--- -----~~---- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />" .. <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAW~f <br /> <br /> <br />"'..'.'). .', ""'-. :,,:" :".".,:..:,.., <br />. .>;<.:-?:.....~ ":~ .:, '. .,:~, <br /> <br />....."....':-:.:,..:...::-...,-,. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />35',98 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Joe Reynolds has been a Council Member of the County ofHawai'i since <br />December 2, 1996, representing Council District 7, the southern portion of North Kona <br />and the northern portion of South Kona; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, during these past two years, Councilmember Reynolds has served as <br />Vice Chairman of the Committee on Public Works and Parks; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, during his tenure, Councilmember Reynolds has also been a standing <br />member of numerous Standing Committees, and has been a steadfast advocate for the <br />preservation of Kona's historic coffee-growing region; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the County of Hawai'i is truly appreciative of his dedicated <br />public service to the County ofHawai'i and his contributions as a member of the Hawai'i <br />County Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Councilmember Reynolds will complete his term on December 7, 1998. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY <br />OF HAW AI'I that it hereJ:>y extends its sincere gratitude to Councilmember Reynolds <br />for his years of valuable service together with their best wishes for continued health, <br />success and prosperity.
