It <br /> transmits a report on the commission's activities, findings, and recommendations as required by <br /> § 50 -8, Hawai`i Revised Statutes. <br /> Please note, that pursuant to HRS § 50 -8, the county council has thirty days from receipt <br /> of this report to transmit any alternatives to the commission's proposals back to the commission. <br /> This means the commission must receive any council alternatives by May 12, 2010. <br /> Thank you very much for your consideration of this matter. <br /> Levi K.
