COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />M tv or y <br />�f , r <br />.1T� Cl•M�j1 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 184 <br />(DRAFT 2) <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25 -8 -33 (CITY OF HILO ZONE MAP), <br />ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br />(2005 EDITION), BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM SINGLE - <br />FAMILY RESIDENTIAL — 7,500 SQUARE FEET (RS -7.5) AND MULTIPLE - FAMILY <br />RESIDENTIAL — 1,000 SQUARE FEET (RM -1) TO MULTIPLE - FAMILY RESIDENTIAL — <br />1,500 SQUARE FEET (RM -1.5) AT KUKUAU 1 SOUTH HILO, HAWAII, COVERED BY <br />TAX MAP KEY: 2 -4- 025:048, 053, AND 080. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI'L <br />SECTION 1. Section 25 -8 -33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br />County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property <br />described hereinafter as follows: <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Kukuau I ", South Hilo, <br />Hawaii, shall be Multiple - Family Residential — 1,500 square feet (RM -1.5): <br />PARCEL 1 <br />Beginning at the northeast comer of this parcel of land being also the southeast corner of Lot 9- <br />L-5, Land Court Application 1205 and on the southwesterly side of Kapiolani Street, the <br />coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station <br />"HALAI ", being 462.44 feet South and 3,541.34 feet East, thence running by azimuths measured <br />clockwise from true South: <br />1. 333 18' 30" 80.80 feet along Kapiolani Street; <br />2. 49 56' 206.35 feet along Lot 9 -L -7, Ld. Ct. App. <br />1205; <br />3. 154 53' 81.36 feet along the remainder of Lot 9 -L- <br />6; <br />1- <br />
