Mr. Souza is a 63 -year resident of Hawai'i <br />who is self - employed as the owner of Mister Fixit. He retired from HELCO in 2003, after . <br />working there for 33 years as a foreman. <br />Mr. Souza recently served on the County of Hawai'i Liquor Commission. His term <br />expired on December 31; 2009. He was the past president of the Hamakua Lions Club <br />and a former leader with the 4 -H Livestock Club. <br />Mr. Souza states that he is not affiliated with any political party.
