No. 476 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 10:30 A.M. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication No. 476, reports as follows: <br /> Communication No. 476, transmitted by Mayor Stephen K. Yamashiro, dated October 4, 1999, <br /> nominates Mr. Carl Simons to serve on the Hawaii County Board of Ethics. <br /> Mr. Carl Simons of Kona has been the president of West Hawaii Concrete since 1980. He will <br /> replace Carl Carlson of Kona whose term expired on December 31, 1998.
