COUNTY OF HAW <br />ATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 202 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE STATE LAND USE BOUNDARIES MAP FOR <br />THE COUNTY OF HAWAII BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />FROM THE AGRICULTURAL TO THE URBAN DISTRICT FOR THE PROPOSED <br />KALOKO HOUSING PROGRAM IN KAILUA -KONA COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY <br />7 -3- 009:055. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. The State Land Use Boundaries Map for the County of Hawaii is amended <br />to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as follows: <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Kaloko, North Kona, <br />Island of Hawaii, shall be Urban: <br />Being a portion of Lot 7 -C -2, being also a portion of Royal Patent 8214, Land <br />Commission Award 7715, Apana 11 to Lota Kamehameha. <br />Situate at Kaloko, North Kona, Island of Hawaii, Hawaii <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of this parcel of land, being also the Northeast <br />corner of lot 7 -D and on the Southwest side of Hina Lam Street, the coordinates of said <br />point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station <br />"MOANUTAHEA" being 17,039.06 feet South and 20,521.12 feet West and running by <br />azimuths measured clockwise from true South: <br />Along the Southwest side of Hina Lani Street, on a curve to the right with a radius <br />of 2,460.00 feet, the chord azimuth and distance being: <br />302 25' 31.2" 448.69 feet; <br />307 39' 28" 726.62 feet along the same; <br />Thence along Lot C (Road Reserve), on a curve to the right with a radius of 30.00 <br />feet, the chord azimuth and distance being: <br />352 01' 16" 41.95 feet; <br />4. 36 23' 04" 135.29 feet along the same; <br />Thence along same, on a curve to the right with a radius of 470.00 feet, the chord <br />azimuth and distance being: <br />49 01' 24.5" 205.68 feet; <br />
