Watson, brother and sister <br /> A. SUBJECT REQUEST <br /> A. 1. a. Project description: <br /> The change of zoning application is to change the zoning classification from <br /> RS -15 to RS -10. The parcel is 20,393 square feet in size and has 2 existing <br /> permitted houses. <br /> A. 1. b. Statement of objectives and reasons for the request: <br /> The objective is to obtain the change of zoning classification from RS -15 to <br /> RS -10. The reason for the zoning change application is that the current <br /> owners, Don C. Watson and Donna D. Watson, brother and sister, are both <br /> getting on in years and have a desire to separate their financial holdings. If <br /> the change of zoning application is approved they intend to proceed with a <br /> subdivision to create 2 lots and separate ownership of the two newly created <br /> lots. The oldest house, fronting Haihai Street, was permitted and constructed <br /> in 1964. The second house, fronting Likeke Street, was permitted and <br /> constructed in 1992. The existing carport and storage area was fully <br /> permitted and constructed in 1973. <br /> A. 1. c. Number of acres /square feet: <br /> The existing parcel is 20,393 square feet. The future subdivision will result <br /> in two lots with a minimum square footage of 10,000 each. <br /> A. 1. d. Proposed units /lots /floor area of proposed building envelope: <br /> There will be no additional construction on the parcel as it is fully <br /> developed. <br /> Page I 1 <br />
