The General Plan requires <br /> ongoing analysis and thoughtful planning to provide clear direction for expanding our <br /> island economy, protecting our environment, and strengthening our community. <br /> 1 This annual report helps our County monitor the progress being made toward <br /> implementing the General Plan.
