6. Prior to, or concurrently with the execution <br />of this Contract, Grantee shall complete, execute and submit to <br />Agency a Certification of Non - Supplanting, hereinafter referred <br />to as the "Non- Supplanting Certification ". A copy of the Non - <br />Supplanting Certification shall be included in Part IV of the <br />Application for Grant. Grantee covenants that the <br />representations made in the Non - Supplanting Certification are <br />true at the time this Contract is executed and will remain true <br />throughout the entire term of the Contract and any extensions, <br />and that Grantee shall fulfill any and all terms and conditions <br />set forth therein. <br />7. Prior to, or concurrently with the execution <br />of this Contract, if so required by Agency, Grantee shall <br />complete, execute and submit to Agency a Certification Regarding <br />Lobbying, hereinafter referred to as the "Lobbying <br />Certification ", and any subsequent disclosure forms required <br />under Section 1352, Title 31 U. S. C. A copy of the Lobbying <br />Certification shall be included in Part IV of the Application <br />for Grant. Grantee covenants that the representations made in <br />the Lobbying Certification are true at the time this Contract is <br />executed and will remain true throughout the entire term of the <br />Contract and any extensions, and that Grantee shall fulfill any <br />and all terms and conditions set forth therein. <br />Revised 8/09 7 <br />
