SEWER FUND <br /> REVENUES: <br /> Sewer fee charges in Na'alehu and Pahala have been added and the drawdown from the <br /> equipment replacement reserve account has been reduced. <br /> EXPENDITURES: <br /> The Wastewater budget has been reduced by the UPW furlough and the related <br /> retirement and FICA costs. <br /> SOLID WASTE FUND <br /> REVENUES: <br /> Grants for glass recycling and electronic waste recycling have been added and the grant <br /> for used oil collection and disposal has been revised. The fund balance estimate has <br /> been revised and the subsidy from the General Fund has been amended to reflect the <br /> changes in expenditures. <br /> EXPENDITURES: <br /> The Solid Waste Division amendments include a) the S &W and benefits adjustments due <br /> to the UPW furlough, b) the revised requirements for equipment leases, c) the increase in <br /> security service at the transfer station, d) the updated projection for grant expenditure, <br /> and e) the establishment of a vacation cash -in -lieu provision. <br /> GOLF COURSE FUND <br /> EXPENDITURES: <br /> The saving from the UPW furlough has resulted in the increase in equipment <br /> parts /supplies and the addition of a boom sprayer. <br />
