SECTION 6. Severabifity. If any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof is <br /> held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which <br /> can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of <br /> this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> SECTION 7. As required by Section 10 -6(a) of the Hawai'i County Charter, the estimated <br /> cost of each capital improvement pending or proposed to be undertaken, the estimated operating <br /> cost, and the pending or proposed method of financing are set forth in the attached Project Data <br /> and /or Financial Impact Statement sheets. <br /> SECTION 8.
