Since 2004, he is employed as president of Malika Orchids. Mr. Armour is involved with organizations such as the Hawaii Orchid Growers Association, Hawaii Orchid Society, and Orchid Growers of Hawaii. He states that he is not affiliated with any political party. If confirmed, he will serve a term to end eleven months after confirmation. Council District 5 — M. Eileen O'Hara is a 29 -year resident of Hawai'i. From 1996 to 1999, she was employed as Solar Electric Program Coordinator with HELCO. Ms. O'Hara's community service included membership with Envision Downtown Hilo, VisionKeepers and the Governor's Environmental Council. Ms. O'Hara states that she is not affiliated with any political party. If confirmed, she will serve a term to end eleven months after confirmation.
