Kenoi, dated <br />April 21, 2010, presents a Request for Change of District Classification by Wailani Development, LLC, at <br />Ponahawai, South Hilo, Hawaii, TMK:2 -3- 044:019, 2 -3- 049:053 and 2 -3- 037:001. <br />Bill No. 243 seeks to amend Section 25 -8 -33 (City of Hilo Zone Map), Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning <br />Code) of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), by changing the District Classification from <br />Agriculture 1 -Acre (A-1 a), Neighborhood Commercial — 40,000 Square Foot (CN -40), Single- Family <br />Residential — 7,500 Square Foot and 10,000 Square Foot (RS -7.5 and RS -10) and Open (0) to Project <br />District. <br />There was no public testimony.
