Section 25 -8 -33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawai`i <br /> County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property <br /> described hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Ponahawai, South Hilo, <br /> Hawai`i, shall be Neighborhood Commercial — 20,000 square feet (CN -20): <br /> Beginning at a point at the northeast corner of this parcel of land being also the <br /> northwest corner of Lot 6 and on the southeasterly side of Ponahawai Street the <br /> coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation <br /> Station "HALAI" being 893.70 feet South and 565.39 feet East and running by azimuths <br /> measured clockwise from true South: <br /> 1. 322° 30' 882.81 feet along Lot 6 to a point in the middle of <br /> Alenaio Stream; thence along the middle of <br /> Alenaio Stream along R. P. 5706, L. C. Aw. <br /> 8521 -B for the next ten (10) courses, the <br /> direct azimuths and distances being: <br /> 2. 88° 06' 43" 23.63 feet; <br /> 3. 49 22' 28" 35.51 feet; <br /> 4. 68° 08' 40" 18.79 feet; <br /> -1- <br />
