This proposed amendment would decrease General Fund Revenues Real <br />Property Taxes by $200,820 and decrease Expenditures Prosecuting Atty S &W by $21,248, <br />Kona Pros Atty S &W by $123,326, Health Benefits by $23,500, Retirement Benefits by $21,686 <br />and Employer FICA by $11,060.
