This proposed amendment would decrease the General Fund Revenues Real <br />Property Taxes by $669,713 and decrease Expenditures 'Alae Cemetery S &W by $22,621, Hilo <br />& W. HI Vets Cem S &W by $22,621, Coordinated Services S &W by $70,592, Parks Maint <br />S &W by $195,615, Recreation Div S &W by $135,132, EAD Special Programs S &W by <br />$32,277, Health Benefits by $82,250, Retirement Benefits by $71,924, and Employer FICA by <br />$36,681.
