The amendment will propose charging a nominal fee for utilizing the <br /> County of Hawaii Public Transportation Bus Service. <br /> This ordinance needs to be considered at the full Council on June 7, 2010 in order for us to implement a fee <br /> and to be able to discuss the amendment to Bill 211 Draft 3. It is therefore imperative that this waiver <br /> approval is granted and the matter placed onto the next Council agenda for review.
