Lee <br />Director <br />We request the Hawai'i County Code, Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 2, Moving <br />Vehicles, Section 24 -264, Schedule 12 (Stop intersections), paragraph (f) Kona be <br />amended by adding new item: <br />(_) NAPOOPOO ROAD /MIDDLE KEEI ROAD INTERSECTION, ALL <br />APPROACHES. <br />This amendment is necessary to address the limited intersection sight distance at the <br />Napoopoo Road northbound (mauka) approach and the insufficient stopping sight <br />distance at the Napoopoo Road southbound (makai) approach. <br />A location map is attached. <br />Warren H.W.
