Section 25 -8 -33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawai`i <br /> County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property <br /> described hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Ponahawai, South Hilo, <br /> Hawai`i, shall be Project District: <br /> Beginning at the north corner of this parcel, also being the east corner of Lot 2 on <br /> the southwest side of Komohana Street, the coordinates of said point of beginning <br /> referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "HALAI" being 109.52 feet North <br /> and 797.67 feet West and running by azimuths measured clockwise from True South: <br /> Following along Komohana Street for the <br /> next twenty -two (22) courses, the azimuths <br /> and distances between points being: <br /> 1. 320° 40' 42.10 feet; <br /> 2. 50° 40' 10.00 feet; <br /> 3. 320° 40' 146.28 feet; <br /> 4. 50° 40' 5.00 feet; <br /> 5.
