The commercial area shall be located as far away as possible from existing <br /> neighborhoods. The applicant shall comply with the Department of Water Supply's rules and <br /> regulations that shall include entering into a water developme <br /> applicant shall also construct all water system improvements as required by the <br /> Department of Water Supply through its standards. These improvements may <br /> include but not be limited to additional source, transmission, storage and booster <br /> pump facilities. <br /> K.
