Mr. Hickcox is a lifelong resident of <br /> Hawaii. He retired in 2004, as an Assistant Police Chief with the County of Hawaii <br /> Police Department. Mr. Hickcox community service includes membership with the Kona <br /> CDP Steering Committee, Ahuena Heiau Incorporated, and the Royal Order of <br /> Kamehameha. <br /> Mr. Hickcox states that he is not affiliated with any political party.
