Section 25 -8 -3, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawai`i County <br /> Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property described <br /> hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Honokohau 2 North <br /> Kona, Hawai`i, shall be Family Agricultural — Two Acres (FA -2a): <br /> Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of this parcel of land, being also the <br /> Southeasterly corner of Lot 1 and being a point on the Westerly side of Mamalahoa <br /> Highway, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Hawai`i State Plan <br /> Coordinate System Zone 1 (NAD 27) being 309,376.52 feet North and 336,834.13 feet <br /> East and running by azimuths measured clockwise from True South: <br /> 1. 342° 53' 50.00 feet along the Westerly side of Mamalahoa <br /> Highway to a point; <br /> Thence, for the next nine (9) courses following along Royal Patent 5231, Land <br /> Commission Award 7396 to Kekipi: <br /> 2. 62° 02' 12.82 feet to a point; <br /> 3. 42° 35' 16.30 feet to a point; <br /> 4. 338° 22' 11.60 feet to a point; <br /> -1- <br />
