TMK: (3)7 -6- 027:104 <br /> Kinau Street <br /> Kalakua Street <br /> Lako Street Extension 1.870 acs. TMK: (3)7- 6- 027:105 (por.) <br /> identified as Tax Map Keys: (3) 7 -6- 027:104 and portion of 105, situate at H6lualoa 1 and 2, District <br /> of North Kona, County and State of Hawai `i, as delineated on Exhibit "A" attached; and <br /> WHEREAS, Kona Vistas, LLC, has constructed all subdivision improvements and received <br /> final subdivision approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, Kona Vistas, LLC, is desirous of dedicating the above roadway lots, including all <br /> subdivision improvements thereon, to the County of Hawai`i for road and drainage purposes, and the <br /> improvements have been inspected and approved by the County of Hawai`i Department of Public <br /> Works, and received dedication approval from the Department of Water Supply, Planning Department <br /> and Department of Environmental Management; and <br />
