We apologize for this delayed response to your submittals. <br /> We have no objections to the execution of the dedication deed provided that all roadway and utility <br /> improvements, as described in that Subdivision Agreement dated February 2, 2006 between Kona Vistas, <br /> LLC and the County of Hawaii, have been constructed in accordance with approved construction drawings. <br /> To date, have written confirmation from the Department of Water Supply that all improvements have been <br /> completed. However, we have no such confirmation from the Department of Public Works regarding the <br /> roadway improvements. <br /> Please note the following street names assigned to the road lots: <br /> Lako Street Extension = Lako Street <br /> Roadway Lot "A" = Extensions of Kilohana Street and Kinau Street <br /> East -West roadway = Kalakua Street <br /> Hawai `i County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer <br />
