J�tv.or N. <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII - •'� " % �• STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 374 10 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF ROAD LOTS 19, 20 and 21 OF THE <br /> SUNSET RIDGE AT WAIKOLOA, PHASE 2, INCREMENT 2, UNIT 2 -A, BEING TAX MAP <br /> KEY: (3)6 -8- 031:050, SITUATE AT WAIKOLOA, DISTRICT OF SOUTH KOHALA, COUNTY <br /> AND STATE OF HAWAII, FROM TRI OF WAIKOLOA. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII. <br /> WHEREAS, Tri of Waikoloa is the owner of: <br /> Lot 19 Kualapa Place 10,318 sq. ft. <br /> Lot 20 Puwalu Street Ext 17,250 sq. ft. <br /> Lot 21 Mahuahua Place 10,318 sq. ft. <br /> identified as Tax Map Key: (3) 6 -8- 031:050, situate at Waikoloa, in the District of South Kohala, <br /> County and State of Hawai`i, as delineated on Exhibit "A" attached; and <br /> WHEREAS, Tri of Waikoloa has constructed all subdivision improvements and received final <br /> subdivision approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, Tri of Waikoloa is desirous of dedicating the above roadway lots, including all <br /> subdivision improvements thereon, to the County of Hawai`i for road and drainage purposes, and the <br /> improvements have been inspected and approved by the County of Hawai`i Department of Public <br /> Works, and received dedication approval from the Department of Water Supply, Planning Department <br /> and Department of Environmental Management; and <br />
