Request for proposals from each respective County Council to be submitted to the <br /> HSAC Executive Committee by September 1, 2010 <br /> 2. Schedule the HSAC Executive Committee Meeting for mid - September to discuss <br /> and initially approve the 2011 HSAC Legislative Package <br /> 3.
