BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> Ironman Foundation, Inc., at 2701 North Rocky Point Drive, Suite 1250 Tampa, FL 33607 is donating eight <br /> Police Bicycle Packages to the Kona District Station.
