'�Tl Of • NP R <br /> BILL NO. 284 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25 -8 -16 (HAMAKUA DISTRICT HOMESTEAD <br /> AREA ZONE MAP), ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII <br /> COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION), BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT <br /> CLASSIFICATION FROM AGRICULTURAL — FORTY ACRES (A -40a) TO <br /> AGRICULTURAL — TEN ACRES (A -10a) AT KAWELA, HAMAKUA, HAWAII, <br /> COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY: 4 -6- 011:039. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 25 -8 -16, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawai`i <br /> County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), are amended to change the district classification of property <br /> described hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Kawela, Hamakua, <br /> Hawai`i, shall be Agricultural — Ten Acres (A -10a): <br /> Beginning at a 1 /2 inch pipe, at the southeast corner of this parcel of land, being <br /> also the northwest corner of the intersection of Hawai`i Belt Road (F.A.P. No. F -019 -1 <br /> (1) and Homestead Road Reserve, the coordinates of which referred to Government <br /> Survey Triangulation Station "KUILEI" being 5969.18 feet south and 2019.44 feet west <br /> and running by azimuths measured clockwise from true South: <br /> Thence along the north side of Hawai`i Belt Road (F.A.P. No. F -019 -1 (1), on a <br /> curve to the right with radius of 5689.58 feet <br /> the azimuth to the radius center being 172° <br /> 08' 21", the chord azimuth and distance <br /> being: <br /> 1. 82° 39' 40.5" 103.69 feet to a'' /2 inch pipe; <br /> 2. 83° 11' 1238.65 feet along the north side of Hawaii Belt <br /> Road (F.A.P. No. F -019 -1 (1) to a' /2 inch <br /> pipe; <br /> -1- <br />
