OF HF BILL NO. 260 ORDINANCE NO. 1.0 73 AN ORDINANCE FURTHER AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 08 -64, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 09-13, ORDINANCE NO. 09-102, AND ORDINANCE NO. 10 -15, RELATING TO EXTENDING PUBLIC USE OF THE HALEKI`I STREET EXTENSION. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 08 -64, as amended by Ordinance No. 09 -13, Ordinance No. 09 -102, and Ordinance No. 10 -15, is further amended by amending SECTION 3 to read as follows: "SECTION 3. This ordinance shall sunset [efi—September 4, 2010, or] upon the opening of the Haleki`i Street Extension for public use. [Upon termination of the one way restriction, t- - - . - •`. _ - - - - - - . • closed to public traffic and will be available for emergency use only.] During the hours in which the Mamalahoa Bypass /Haleki`i Street Extension are closed for public use, these roadways will still be available for emergency use only." SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and stricken material and underscoring need not be included. SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
