Should we consider creating Council Rules to address justification or applicability? The hours <br /> of County labor to support requested presentations are a significant expense, and the content of most <br /> presentations could be pre - packaged for review outside of the meeting chambers. <br /> Over the past twenty months the Committees and Council meetings have hosted a wide variety of <br /> presentations. Sometimes these presentations are very educational, and often they are controversial. <br /> Too often the subject of a presentation has no clear relationship to any matter on the agenda. Our Council <br /> Rules do not speak on this matter or the delegation of time.
