Roy has donated $1,000 to the Hawaii Police Department HIPAI, Program. <br /> Pursuant to Article XIII, Section 13-12, Hawaii County Charter, the Council, on behalf of the <br /> County. may accept gifrs of donations or personal property. <br /> Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 199-2K <br /> <br /> and recommends its adoption. Your Committee also recommends that a letter of appreciation be <br /> sent to Mr. John W.
