Chapter 9, article 1, section 9 -5 of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 <br /> Edition, as amended) is amended by amending the following definition to read as follows: <br /> [ "Assistant "] "Authority Having Jurisdiction or AHJ" means the authorized representatives <br /> of the administrative authority. <br /> SECTION 3.
