The amendments are as follows (material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken <br /> through, material to be added is underscored): <br /> 1. Insert new language in existing Condition "D" regarding water requirements: <br /> "D. Should the applicant be successful in obtaining a variance from the minimum water <br /> system requirements of the Subdivision Code, the applicant shall provide a private <br /> potable water system to the remaining proposed five (5) agricultural lots. The <br /> system [at a m;n;mum] shall consist of the following: <br /> 1. [One (1) potable well,] Two (2) potable wells, each capable of generating a <br /> minimum of [12,000] 6,000 gallons per day. A report prepared by an <br /> engineer licensed in the State of Hawai`i attesting to the quality and capacity <br /> of [the well] these wells shall be provided to the Planning Department in <br /> conjunction with the subdivision application; <br /> 2.
