No. 926 /Res. 385 -10 <br /> PLACE: Hawai`i County Building <br /> 25 Aupuni Street <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> TIME: 2:10 P.M. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations, to which was referred <br /> Resolution 385 -10, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution 385 -10, transmitted by council member Kelly Greenwell, via Communication <br /> No. 926, dated August 25, 2010, urging the Mayor and Administration of the County to explore <br /> the potential of leasing Coutny land to the West Hawai`i branch of the Hawai`i Island Humane <br /> Society (HIHS). <br /> Kelly Greenwell expressed the benefits that could be realized should the County Administration <br /> act as suggested. Council member Pete Hoffmann wondered if this resolution includes <br /> guidelines for adding Capital Improvement Project funding for expansion of the Humane Society <br /> facilities.
