No. 380 -10 <br /> PLACE: Council Room <br /> Hawaii County Building <br /> 25 Aupuni Street, 1 Floor <br /> Hilo, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 3:00 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Resolution No. 380 -10, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 380 -10, transmitted via Communication No. 909 from Mayor William P. Kenoi, <br /> dated July 29, 2010, accepts the grant of a Public Access Pedestrian Easement from Sunstone <br /> Realty Partners V, LLC, for portions of Tax Map Key Nos. 8 -7- 011:001, 016, 025, 026, and 034, <br /> which affects lands within the Kona Sea Ranch Subdivision in South Kona. <br /> There was no public testimony regarding the resolution.
