Kenoi, <br /> dated July 29, 2010, accepts the grant of a Public Access Pedestrian Easement from Sunstone <br /> Realty Partners V, LLC, for portions of Tax Map Key Nos. 8 -7- 011:001, 016, 025, 026, and 034, <br /> which affects lands within the Kona Sea Ranch Subdivision in South Kona. <br /> There was no public testimony regarding the resolution.
