Kenoi, <br /> dated August 25, 2010 accepts the grant of public access pedestrian easements from North Coast <br /> Kohala LLC, affecting Tax Map Key No. (3)5 -5- 007:037. <br /> There was no public testimony. Mr. Larry Brown, from the Planning Department, was present to <br /> address any questions from your Committee.
