STATE OF HAWAII <br /> 7tE Gf •N'i _:' <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 393 10 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF ROAD LOTS 149 THRU 155 OF <br /> KILOHANA KAI AT WAIKOLOA PHASE II, BEING TAX MAP KEYS: (3)6 -8- 035:052 AND <br /> 6 -8- 040:108, SITUATE AT WAIKOLOA, DISTRICT OF SOUTH KOHALA, COUNTY AND <br /> STATE OF HAWAII, FROM THE ASSOCIATION OF OWNERS OF KILOHANA KAI AT <br /> WAIKOLOA, PHASE II. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII. <br /> WHEREAS, the Association of Owners of Kilohana Kai at Waikoloa, Phase II, is the owner of: <br /> Lot 149 Kokee Street/Kokee Place 31,458 sq. ft. <br /> Lot 150 Haena Street 24,795 sq. ft. <br /> Lot 151 Eleele Place 27,237 sq. ft. <br /> Lot 152 Haia Street 138,423 sq. ft. <br /> Lot 153 Halepua Street 27,083 sq. ft. <br /> Lot 154 Haena Street 94,441 sq. ft. <br /> Lot 155 Haena Place 13,008 sq. ft. <br /> identified as Tax Map Keys: (3) 6 -8- 035:052 and 6 -8- 040:108, situate at Waikoloa, in the District of <br /> South Kohala, County and State of Hawai`i, as delineated on Exhibits "A" and "B" attached; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Association of Owners of Kilohana Kai at Waikoloa, Phase II, has constructed <br /> all subdivision improvements and received final subdivision approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Association of Owners of Kilohana Kai at Waikoloa, Phase II, is desirous of <br /> dedicating the above roadway lots, including all subdivision improvements thereon, to the County of <br /> Hawai`i for road and drainage purposes, and the improvements have been inspected and approved by <br /> the County of Hawai` i Department of Public Works, and received dedication approval from the <br />
