(See attached) <br /> We are the proprietors of "5- Spice ", a small seed shop /snack shop, currently located <br /> across the street in the Puainako Center. Our shop has been owned and operated by our <br /> family since 1985. We have been in the same location for 25 years. We now need to re- <br /> locate our shop to the subject property, as our lease at the Center will not be renewed. <br /> We must vacate the premises by December 2011 when our lease expires. <br /> We would like to expand the existing 500 square foot dwelling on our property to 1500 <br /> square feet. This building will house our commercial kitchen in which we will prepare <br /> our bento and snacks, a storage area, and retail space for our current operation.
