No. 952/Bill No. 303 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 10:25 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 303, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 303,transmitted, by Finance Director Nancy Crawford via Communication No. 952, <br /> dated September 22, 2010, amends Ordinance No. 10-60, as amended, the Capital Budget for the <br /> County of Hawai`i for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011, by adding the following project: <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT: <br /> Honoka`a Large Capacity Cesspool Replacement—SRF 110.699.5693.25 $ 976,000 <br /> Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from: <br /> State Revolving Funds (SRF) $ 976,000 <br /> Phase I of the Honoka`a large capacity cesspool project is very near to completion, and Phase II <br /> is scheduled to soon go out to bid. The construction of Phase II will be funded through the State <br /> Revolving Fund loan program.
