Order No. 13279, 28 C.F.R. Part 38 (equal <br /> protection of the laws for faith -based and community <br /> organizations); Exec. Order No. 13166 and U.S. Department of <br /> Justice, Guidance to Federal Financial Assistance Recipients <br /> Regarding Title VI Prohibition Against National Origin <br /> Discrimination Affecting Limited English Proficient Persons; the <br /> Hawaii State Fair Employment Practices Act, Chapter 378, Hawaii <br /> Revised Statutes; and all other applicable federal and state <br /> laws, rules and regulations. <br /> 9.
